Day 3 and I decide to finally post. Did you wonder if I had fallen off the face of the earth?
I am throwing myself into my love a.k.a junking.
Getting things cleaned up, tacked back together and yes I threw a couple things out I decided was trash not junk ...
there is a difference!
So without farther delay let the show begin.
Tattered and torn and well worn
rusty chain needs to be hung
cards displaying affection
volumes of knowledge
What great treasures! I don't think I have ever seen a typewriter that color! Love your post this morning- xo Diana

ReplyDeleteWelcome back from your Shopping Extravaganza... *winks*... I can get "lost" in my Junquing forrays and disappear for more than just a little while too. *LOL* My dilemma for 2012 is that I'm actually at saturation point and need to cull the Treasures I already have... no easy task for a Hoarder of Beautiful and Found objects! *insert anxiety ridden wringing of hands* My comfort comes in knowing that I chose good quality items that others also enjoy so they'll find good Homes. *whew* Sending warm vibes your way... thanks for dropping by, you'll need shades because our usual warmth has returned and we're appearing to be done now with that pesky month of Winter we sometimes get here... ah, how I Love that I don't have to shovel Sunshine!!!

Hi, thanks for stopping by and leaving a great comment - that's what I need to go back to doing, meal planning. Like you, I did it before but then stopped - I think it's crucial to saving $$$. Thanks for the reminder! ~ Hugs, Mary

Love your collection of treasures! Not junk at all! I am a sucker for an old wooden chair. The wood, the patina, the worn seats!
ReplyDeleteLove it all.
Thanks so much for linking up and sharing!
Hope you'll come back next month on the first.
Alison
